Fairfax Futures welcomes Rick Wagner to its Board of Directors. Wagner serves as president of ManTech Mission, Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group, where he provides overall vision and strategy and is responsible for profit and loss management.
Previously, Wagner served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of MCIS, leading the group’s day-to-day operations. He also led ManTech’s Advanced Technology Solutions business, where he guided its successes in cyber, mission IT and intelligence operations.
Before joining ManTech in 2015, Wagner was chief strategy officer at TASC, Inc., where he led merger and acquisition activity, including due dilence and integration for the merger with Engility Holdings, Inc. Earlier in his career, Wagner held management positions at Lockheed Martin and Raytheon and worked as a software engineer and project manager for the Naval Surface Warfare Center.
He earned a Master of Science degree in engineering management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
The Board looks forward to utilizing Wagner’s strategic acumen as it continues to engage the business community on the importance of investing in early childhood education.
