Fairfax Futures Thanks Apple Federal Credit Union Foundation for its Support
Fairfax Futures is the recipient of a $5,000 Apple Federal Credit Union impact grant. These funds will be used to support next year’s Promoting Life Skills through Children’s Literature course that is offered to early childhood educators in Fairfax County. Nearly 60 educators participated in this summer’s 10-hour program where they learned how to use children’s literature to support young children’s learning experiences that promote life skills, social-emotional competencies, and mindfulness.
